Free product is nice and all that, but if this is a business, how do I get paid? That’s an excellent question and an important one. I’m glad you asked. You can build your business in many ways, but the highlights listed below are designed to help you build a solid foundation that will sustain you for years to come.

Compensation Plan Highlights:

If you’re ready to achieve your dream of independence and security, our generous, industry-leading compensation plan will help you get there. It’s all about caring for our Young Living family, and another example of our commitment to total body wellness. Through our three-level approach, we’ve developed an efficient structure to help you build your business with compensation that rewards you as you grow.

1. Create a Foundation (Purple Section on Chart Below)

Every business needs a solid foundation. With our Rising Star Team Bonus, you can achieve abundance as you progress from distributor all the way up to executive.

Here’s one suggestion:  In an ideal world, you sign ten people directly under you who order 100 PV on ER every month. If your people are ordering 50PV on ER every month, you need 20 people. These are people who just want products. When you reach the rank of Silver and above, you need 1000 PV of Personal Group Volume (PGV). These people form that foundation for you, and you want to build this foundation early.

In addition to various bonuses (Starter Kit, Quick Start, Rising Star), you’ll earn 8% commission on what these people purchase.

2. Build Your Business (Green Section on Chart Below)

Once you’ve seen the benefits of being your own business, you’re ready to share that experience with others. Build on your foundation by adding others to your team to achieve shared success.

Some people in that group of 10 or 20 in your foundation will decide they want to build the business too. These people will be doing what you’re doing — signing new members. Right now, you only need two of those people. As a Royal Crown Diamond, you’ll only need six, but don’t worry about that now. Build a solid foundation, starting with two business builders. For every person your business builder signs immediately under them, you earn a 5% commission. You want to help these people teach two people to build the business.

3. Become a Leader (Blue Section on Chart Below)

With an established business and a passion for inspiring wellness through Young Living, you’re ready to take the mission worldwide as you lead others to success.
