How does it work? There are 16 pre-recorded videos that average a few minutes each. You can watch them at your leisure, but the real value here is that you can use them to share this info with others.

It’s all about oily education! This is a fun, fast-paced love-on-your-skin class, designed for all people who love oils and who want to learn to take care of their skin a little better– even if you don’t have time for a long routine. You’ll walk away invigorated, inspired, challenged, and full of ideas!

Okay, so maybe that doesn’t convey the best excitement. One of my first videos, and this was about the 12th take. Tarzan decided the hide his face. I include it so you know that if I can do it, you can do it, too. We’ll get better. Let’s move on to the people who are much more experienced at making videos than I am, Sarah Harnisch and Kimberly Esposito! Let’s go! Each link opens in a new tab to make it easy to get back to this page for the next part.

We’ll begin with Video 1. Sarah introduces the GamePlan and Kimberly Esposito and introduces the course. Guys, this is for you, too. More and more men are taking care of their skin, so you guys need to use good quality products, too.

Video 2. Sarah and Kim discuss the need for you to take care of you (nobody else will, seriously). Why skin care? It’s the largest organ of the body and becomes the window into the state of your internal organs. They also discuss why you would want to choose Young Living over all the other brands available?

Video 3. Indroduces you to the toxins found in most commercial beauty products and provides sources. One is Toxic Beauty by Samuel Epstein. In general, what we put on our skin affects us for than what we put in our mouth, so pause for a moment and consider what you’re putting on your skin and consider looking for a better way.

Video 4. Sarah and Kimberly discuss the 10 Substances commonly found in skin and personal care products that are known to disrupt hormones, cause cancer, or accumulate in your body.

Here are the ingredients discussed in Video 4:

Ingredients to AvoidVideo 5. Sarah and Kimberly discuss price and the various ingredients used around the world. They talk about what products the really high end brands use ($1000 a bottle high end), and they are the same ingredients Young Living uses.

Video 6. Let’s talk wrinkles and what causes them. This video was made before Young Living’s Sunscreen was announced, so I’m certain they would both be recommending Young Living’s Sunscreen. Your genetic makeup only impacts 25-30% of the aging process. The rest come from your attitude, your environment, and what you’re putting in and onto your body.

Video 7. This video talks about the different types of skin and some of the oils that are best for each one.

Video 8. If you have the products, this is where you want to break them out if you plan to do a facial along with the video.

Video 9.

Video 10. Exfoliate in the morning. Why? Your body is detoxing all night, so you want to get the ick off. I absolutely love Mint Satin Facial Scrub. Just a dab will do it. Seriously, wWhen she says the size of a pea on your finger, she means it. Guys, nothing girly in this scrub, so it’s completely safe for you to “get the ick off” too.

Video 11. Sarah and Kimberly talk about toning. Listen for Kimberly to tell you why it’s important to use toner.

Video 12. Learn about the Renewal Serum.

Video 13. Moisturizing. ART Light Moisturizer. If you have Dry Skin or Mature skin, you might want to use the Sandalwood or one of the other moisturizers. A few things you do only once or twice a month.

Video 14. This video helps you troubleshoot your skin and discusses Sarah’s “Core 4” supplements. NingXia Red/NITRO, Master Formula, Essentialzyme, Sulfurzyme, Life 9, and OmegaGize are key supplements.

Video 15. Let’s talk hair and makeup. This video was done before announcement of Young Living’s Savvy Minerals line of makeup. Melissa Poepping’s makeup line that she mentions? That’s Young Living’s new line. They purchased it from Melissa. I add Lavender, Cedarwood, Tea Tree, and Rosemary to my shampoo. Sarah tells your what she uses in her shampoo.  How do you know what shampoo to use? I made an easy to use chart here.

Video 16. Where and how to get started?
