We’ll start off our TinMan Tuesday series with an easy one: Who is TinMan?

I presume you’re familiar with the character TinMan from the movie, “The Wizard of Oz” (or the book of the same name)? You may recall he was a little creaky in the joints, and the other characters had to keep oiling him up to keep him moving freely.

Well, I’ve had creaky joints for years, so when I thought about the analogy of essential oils helping balance the body to reduce creakiness, the TinMan reference struck a chord with me, so the name “Oil4TinMan” became my Young Living Essential Oils Twitter handle. When I decided to set up this website to educate people about both essential oils and the business opportunities with them, Oil4TinMan.com made sense to me.

So, the short answer is, TinMan with respect to this site is me, but TinMan is really anyone out there seeking to help their body run more smoothly using the many essential oils and related products offered by Young Living.
