BALANCE: Get more in your Life
Not long ago, I attended a BALANCE Retreat. The purpose was two-fold. First, to teach me (and the other attendees) how to achieve balance in our lives, and second, to duplicate that teaching to others. This post begins my service to teaching you what I learned.
First, I’ll be teaching here, on my Facebook Group, on my Facebook Page (autofeeds from posts here), via email (you have signed up for EO Tidbits, right?) and in person (also via Zoom and other electronic venues). Via these venues, I believe I’ll be able to reach the most people possible. One key facet is a portion of what I will be teaching does not require essential oils, so you can benefit even if you don’t have a good quality essential oil. I would be remiss if I didn’t say you would achieve enhanced benefits with good quality essential oils in many instances, and I will share that as well.
